How to Fix a Running Toilet
Inspect the Flush Mechanism – Remove the cistern lid and check if the flapper or float is stuck.
Adjust the Float – If the water level is too high, lower the float arm.
Replace the Flapper or Valve – Worn-out flappers or faulty flush valves can cause continuous water running.
Check the Fill Valve – If water keeps flowing, replace the faulty fill valve.
Test the Toilet – Flush the toilet and ensure the problem is resolved.
