Constantly Running Toilet?

How to Fix a Running Toilet

  1. Inspect the Flush Mechanism – Remove the cistern lid and check if the flapper or float is stuck.

  2. Adjust the Float – If the water level is too high, lower the float arm.

  3. Replace the Flapper or Valve – Worn-out flappers or faulty flush valves can cause continuous water running.

  4. Check the Fill Valve – If water keeps flowing, replace the faulty fill valve.

  5. Test the Toilet – Flush the toilet and ensure the problem is resolved.
